4. POSTAGE
1. Depend on the weight of the items.
2. For West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia), normally charge at RM8 unless stated.
3. For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), normally charge at RM10 unless stated.

5. RETURN AND REFUND (Not apply to all books)
1. You may return the purchased items within 5 days if you are not satisfied with it.
2. If you returned the stationery in original condition within 5 days, we will refund you 75% of the item's/items' price.
3.We will NOT refund or refund you up to a maximum of 40% of the item list prices if you returned the purchased items that are not in the original condition, damaged, missing part or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error. (depend on cases)
